    ]]>     لوله پلی اتیلن PE80 از انواع پلی اتیلن سنگین است که با استفاده از ماده پلیمری با چگالی پایین تولید می‌شود. این لوله‌ها به دلیل ساختار منسجم‌تر و استحکام کششی بیشتر نسبت به انواع دیگر پلی اتیلن، برای سیستم‌های لوله‌کشی فشار پایین، انتقال آب و فاضلاب بسیار مناسب هستند.

    هرچند که با معرفی لوله‌های پلی اتیلن PE100، کاربرد لوله PE80 کاهش یافته، اما هنوز در برخی از صنایع و پروژه‌های ساختمانی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.

     

    ویژگی‌های فنی

    • چگالی مناسب: لوله‌های PE80 با چگالی 0.955 گرم بر سانتی‌متر مکعب برای استفاده در سیستم‌های انتقال سیال با فشار پایین طراحی شده‌اند.
    • مقاومت در برابر فشار: این لوله‌ها قادر به تحمل فشارهای کم هستند و بیشتر برای آب و فاضلاب با فشار کاری پایین مناسب‌اند.
    • مقاومت شیمیایی: لوله‌های PE80 در برابر مواد شیمیایی، اسیدها و بازها مقاوم هستند و در صنایع شیمیایی و آبیاری کشاورزی به کار می‌روند.
    • جنس: ساخته شده از پلی‌اتیلن سنگین (HDPE) که به آن مقاومت بیشتری در برابر ضربه و خوردگی می‌دهد.
