عملگر بادی (پنوماتیک) FLCO با قابلیت double acting برای استفاده به عنوان نیروی محرکه باز و بسته کردن شیرآلات صنعتی مثل بال ولو و باترفلای ولو کاربرد دارد. با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و ورود اتوماسیون به صنعت های مختلف، شیرالات صنعتی نیز از این قاعده مستثنا نبودند و شامل پیشرفت های چشم گیری شدند. یکی از این پیشرفت ها و اتوماسیون ها در زمینه کنترل میزان عبور جریان سیال از شیرآلات از راه دور و با برنامه ریزی از پیش تعیین شده است. به همین منظور بجای بکارگیری از نیروی انسانی جهت کنترل دائمی وضعیت شیر، از عملگرها (actuators) استفاده میشود. این مدل عملگر از لحاظ ظاهری به صورت کامپکت بوده است و سیستم داخلی آن به صورت دنده شانه ای است که در اثر وجود یا عدم وجود هوای فشرده، وضعیت شیر تغییر می باید.

مشخصات فنی عملگر بادی

نصب

عملگرها به طور کلی به جای فلکه دستی، گیربکس و اهرم روی بدنه شیرآلات نصب شده و مستقیم به دیسک متصل میشود. این عملگرها دارای 2 پورت A و B هستند که هوای فشرده به یکی از این پورت ها وارد شده و سبب انجام عمل باز یا بسته شدن شیر میشود.

طریقه کارکرد

در عملگر بادی باید همواره یک منبع تغذیه از هوای فشرده (هوای ابزار دقیق) به عنوان ورودی عملگر ها و برای کنترل آن ها استفاده شود. این هوای فشرده غالبا از واحد utility تامین میشود و با لوله کشی های خاص برای این خط، هوای ابزار دقیق به عملگرها می رسد. در عملگرهای بادی میتوان به دو صورت عمده از هوای ابزار دقیق استفاده کرد:

  • هوای فشرده سبب باز شدن شیر (air to open) یا به عبارت دیگر اگر هوای فشرده قطع شود شیر فورا بسته شود (fail to close)
  • هوای فشرده سبب بسته شدن شیر (air to close) یا به عبارت دیگر اگر هوای فشرده قطع شود شیر فورا باز شود (fail to open)

با ورود هوای فشرده به داخل عملگر، پیستون ها (همان سیستم دنده و شانه) وادار به حرکت چرخشی 90 درجه می شوند و چرخش قطعه داخلی دیسک شیر را نیز می چرخاند و باز یا بسته می کند.
