نحوه عملکرد پایلوت تنظیم‌کننده فشار

پایلوت تنظیم‌کننده فشار وظیفه دارد فشار خروجی را در مقدار تعیین‌شده ثابت نگه دارد.

  • افزایش فشار ورودی: در صورت بالا رفتن فشار ورودی از حد تنظیم‌شده، پایلوت جریان عبوری را محدود کرده و شیر اصلی بسته‌تر می‌شود، در نتیجه فشار خروجی ثابت می‌ماند.
  • کاهش فشار ورودی: در صورت کاهش فشار ورودی، پایلوت مسیر عبور سیال را بازتر کرده و شیر اصلی جریان بیشتری را عبور می‌دهد تا فشار خروجی در مقدار ثابت باقی بماند.
