شیر كنترل پمپ فلنجدار چدنی میراب یک شیر هیدرولیکی پیشرفته است که پس از الکتروپمپ‌های گریز از مرکز نصب شده و وظیفه تنظیم جریان، محافظت از لوله‌ها در برابر ضربه‌های ناگهانی و تسهیل راه‌اندازی پمپ را بر عهده دارد. این شیر علاوه بر عملکرد اصلی خود، در مدل‌هایی با پایلوت نگهدارنده فشار، قابلیت تنظیم نقطه کاری پمپ را نیز فراهم می‌کند.

این محصول برای شبکه‌های انتقال آب، تاسیسات صنعتی، سیستم‌های آبرسانی و خطوط پمپاژ طراحی شده است.

نحوه عملکرد و نصب

  • این شیر پس از پمپ‌های گریز از مرکز نصب شده و با نیروی هیدرولیک سیال عبوری کنترل می‌شود.
  • قابلیت بسته ماندن قبل از رسیدن پمپ به فشار نامی و بسته شدن تدریجی قبل از خاموش شدن پمپ را دارد.
  • در صورت قطع برق، به‌صورت یک شیر یک‌طرفه ترکیبی عمل کرده و از برگشت سیال جلوگیری می‌کند.
