    شیر چاقویی اسلاری چدنی آوند با استفاده از حرکات خطی یک تیغه فلزی، جریان سیال را مسدود می‌کند. این شیرها جزو خانواده شیرهای با عملکرد خطی محسوب می‌شوند. مسیر عبور سیال به طور کامل الاستومری بوده و زبانه از جنس استیل 316L ساخته می‌شود. برای عملکرد صحیح، شیر چاقویی چدنی آوند باید به صورت ویفری در خط لوله نصب شود و از هر دو طرف مهار گردد. در غیر این صورت، عمل آببندی به درستی انجام نخواهد شد.

    شرکت میراب شیر چاقویی چدنی را با نام شیر گیوتینی (Knife Gate Valve) تولید و عرضه می‌کند. این شیر یکی از پرکاربردترین شیرآلات صنعتی است که برای سیالات ویسکوز، مایعات غلیظ و مواد دارای ذرات معلق طراحی شده است. صنایع کاغذسازی، پتروشیمی، صنایع شیمیایی، تصفیه‌خانه‌ها، نیروگاه‌ها و کارخانجات تولید مواد غذایی از مشتریان اصلی این محصول هستند.

    این شیر را در نوع ویفری (برای نصب بین دو فلنج) طراحی شده است. طراحی مهندسی‌شده باعث می‌شود قطعات متحرک حداقل تماس را با یکدیگر داشته باشند؛ همین موضوع اصطکاک را کاهش می‌دهد، عمر مفید شیر را افزایش می‌دهد و هزینه‌های نگهداری را پایین می‌آورد.

    ویژگی‌ها و مزایا

    • قابلیت برش سیالات چسبنده و جامدات معلق: این شیر بهترین عملکرد را در انتقال فاضلاب، لجن، شیره قند و دوغاب دارد.

    • آب‌بندی قوی: سیستم آب‌بندی U شکل، نشت را به حداقل می‌رساند.

    • افت فشار پایین: طراحی فول سایز مانع ایجاد تلاطم در جریان می‌شود.

    • مقاومت در برابر خوردگی و حرارت: بدنه از چدن داکتیل یا فولاد ساخته می‌شود و تیغه از استنلس استیل ضدزنگ AISI 304 است.

    • نصب آسان: امکان نصب در خطوط افقی و عمودی بدون نیاز به تغییرات گسترده در سیستم لوله‌کشی وجود دارد.

    • مقاومت در برابر انبساط حرارتی: طراحی ویژه جلوی اثرات منفی انبساط قطعات بر عملکرد شیر را می‌گیرد.

    • پوشش اپوکسی مقاوم: کارخانه میراب تمام قطعات را با رنگ پودری اپوکسی الکترواستاتیک می‌پوشاند تا در برابر خوردگی و زنگ‌زدگی دوام بیشتری پیدا کنند.

    • استانداردهای معتبر: این محصول مطابق با DIN EN 558-1, DIN EN 1092-2, DIN 2501 ساخته می‌شود و کارشناسان آن را طبق DIN EN 12266-1 تست می‌کنند.

    عملکرد

    این شیر یک تیغه فولادی متحرک دارد که هنگام چرخاندن فلکه به سمت پایین حرکت می‌کند و مسیر سیال را می‌بندد.

    • باز شدن شیر: اپراتور با چرخاندن فلکه، تیغه را از مسیر سیال خارج می‌کند و اجازه می‌دهد جریان به‌طور کامل عبور کند.

    • بسته شدن شیر: تیغه وارد مسیر سیال می‌شود و با عبور از رینگ آب‌بندی، مانند گیوتین جریان را کاملاً قطع می‌کند.

    ⚠ توجه: این شیر برای کنترل جریان طراحی نشده است. اگر آن را در حالت نیمه باز استفاده کنید، کاویتاسیون ایجاد می‌شود و به بدنه و اجزای داخلی آسیب می‌زند.
