]]> شير يكطرفه فنری کیز ایران با سوپاپ برنجی، شیرى است که عبور سیال در آن در یک جهت بوده و از جریان برگشتى سیال ممانعت به عمل مى‌آورد. این شیر، تنها توسط فشار سیال، عمل کرده و داراى هیچ گونه وسیله کنترل‌کننده‌اى در خارج از بدنه نمى‌باشد.

کنترل جریان سیال توسط دریچه‌اى که به واسطه وجود فشار سیال به بدنه دریچه از محل آب‌بندى شیر، دور یا به آن نزدیک مى‌شود؛ انجام مى‌گیرد.

شیر‌هاى یکطرفه فنر‌ى بیش‌تر در شبکه‌هاى آب‌رسانى شهرى، تاسیسات حرارتى ساختمان، هواى فشرده، پمپ‌ها، مصارف صنعتى کاربرد دارند. همچنین در شبکه‌هایى که حرکت سیال از یک طرف و از خلاف جهت دیگر غیرمجاز باشد مورد استفاده قرار مى‌گیرد.

از ویژگی‌های این می توان به این موارد اشاره کرد:
– مقاومت در برابر خوردگى و فرسودگى
– مقاومت در برابر رسوب‌پذیرى
– آب‌بندى به طور کامل تحت هر شرایط محیطى و کارى ( عمودى، افقى و تحت زاویه)
– باز شدن سوپاپ با حداقل فشار سیال

بدنه اصلى این شیر از جنس برنج فورج‌پذیر MS 58 است. فنر آن از جنس استیل ضد زنگ و سوپاپ آن از پلاستیک هوستافرم و یا برنج فورج‌پذیر MS 58 می‌باشد. لاستیک آب‌بندى آن از جنس لاستیک NBR است. واشر نگهدارنده (دکمه اى) آن از پلاستیک هوستافرم است و درپوش آن نیز از برنج فورج‌پذیر MS 58 می‌باشد.

شیر یکطرفه سوپاپی دنده ای تمام برنجی کیز ایران از سایز‌های 1/2 تا 1 اینچ برای فشار کاری 16 بار تولید می شود. سایز های 1 و 1/4 تا 2 اینچ برای فشار کاری 12 بار می باشد. از 2 و 1/2 تا 3 اینچ برای فشار کاری 8 بار تولید می‌شود. این شیر آلات  در بازه دمایی -20 تا +100 درجه سانتی‌گراد قابل استفاده هستند.
